نحن نبحث عن مهندسي بناء موثوقين وفعالين لمساعدتنا في إدارة مشاريع البناء لدينا. ستكون مسؤولاً عن تخطيط وتطوير خطط ومواصفات البناء. علاوة على ذلك، يجب عليك أيضًا مراجعة تصميمات البناء وتقديم خبرتك الفنية أو اقتراح التحسينات.

• فحص وحساب تكاليف البناء/المشروع

• الإشراف على أعضاء الفريق وإعداد جداول العمل

• التنسيق مع المقاولين والموردين حول مواد البناء وعقود المشروع

• التأكد من امتثال جميع أنشطة البناء لمعايير الصناعة وإرشادات السلامة واللوائح

• توثيق سجلات البناء التفصيلية والدقيقة

• ضمان اكتمال مشروع البناء في الوقت المحدد وفي حدود الميزانية المخصصة

• إبلاغ حالة تقدم المشروع مع مدير مشروع البناء

• تقييم أي اختلافات أو مخاطر محتملة للمشروع

• حل أي مشاكل فنية وتنموية

• إعداد دمية مادية لمشاريع البناء

• التفاوض على شروط عقد المشروع وفحص المتطلبات القانونية

يجب أن يكون لديك ما لا يقل عن 5 سنوات من الخبرة وتأشيرة قابلة للتحويل أهلي 18 للتحويل الفوري

Civil engineers are required in Kuwait

Location: SITE

We are looking for reliable and efficient construction engineers to help us manage our construction projects. You will be responsible for planning and developing construction plans and specifications. Furthermore, you should also review building designs and offer your technical expertise or suggest improvements.

You must ensure that all construction projects undertaken under your supervision meet industry standards and safety regulations. In addition, you must maintain a complete and accurate record of all construction activities and project progress reports.

As a construction engineer, you must have excellent technical skills and knowledge of various design software. Your leadership qualities will help in managing team members and projects efficiently. Furthermore, you must be able to solve any problems and report any project hitches to upper management.

If you can handle these job responsibilities below. We'd love to have you on board.

• Develop construction plans, blueprints and drawings/technical documentation

• Supervising and managing construction projects and engineering operations

• Analyze and provide technical advice for building designs

• Examine and calculate construction/project costs

• Supervising team members and preparing work schedules

• Coordination with contractors and suppliers on construction materials and project contracts

• Ensure that all construction activities comply with industry standards, safety guidelines and regulations

• Document detailed and accurate construction records

• Ensure the construction project is completed on time and within the allocated budget

• Communicate project progress status with the construction project manager

• Assess any potential variations or risks to the project

• Solve any technical and development problems

• Prepare a physical dummy of construction projects

• Negotiating project contract terms and examining legal requirements

You must have at least 5 years of experience and a transferable visa 18 for immediate transfer
